What are in-store business hours?

How many bookstore locations are there? 
Just one! Floyd Campus (Rome, GA) is the ONLY GNTC Bookstore location for all surrounding campuses (CCC, GCC, WCC & WMC).
What payment types does the bookstore accept?
The GNTC Bookstore accepts all payment types except for Hope

When are Pell financial aid funds available to use for my course materials?

Pell funds are typically available a week or two before and after each semester begins. Dates are typically communicated to students via email, text, and the website homepage.

*The GNTC Bookstore has no control over the amount of funds given through finanical aid.  

When should I order my course materials?

We strongly encourage students to purchase or pre-order their course materials 2-3 weeks before classes begin

When should I buy an access code?

If a course requires an access code, we recommend students purchase the code before the free trial period ends

How is my shipping order processed?

Priority shipping web orders are processed and packaged at the GNTC Bookstore on Floyd Campus before being picked up by USPS for delivery. 

I placed an online order after in-store business hours. When will it be processed?

All orders placed after in-store business hours will be processed the next morning. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day

I mailed my rental return. How do I know it was delivered and returned? 

We recommend students email us the tracking number for their package. The tracking number serves as a safeguard, allowing us to assist you better by verifying the delivery status or investigating if a package is lost.

When rentals are returned, you will receive an emailed receipt showing they are returned.

Best Buy FAQs for Students

  • Students CAN use their financial aid to purchase school-related materials such as laptops, tablets (not kids versions), headphones, desks, chairs (no gaming chairs), printer ink, etc. 
  • NO Best Buy gift cards are allowed to be purchased. 
  • All Best Buy orders are processed at a Best Buy warehouse and must be shipped to a personal address. Best Buy orders cannot be picked up from a local Best Buy location. 
  • It is strongly recommend to NOT purchase any pre-owned or refurbished items from Best Buy. These items are non-returnable.
